This Compact 300 V.V Immersion Blender has a 300 mm long foot all in stainless steel for perfect hygiene and longevity. Its bell is also in stainless steel and removable. It is ideal for making soups, broths, veloutés, vegetable purees, or fruit mousses.

The knife rotation speed is variable from 2300 to 9600 rpm thanks to the button located on the handle. This handle is specially designed for an excellent grip and fatigue-free work. It is equipped with the patented "EasyPlug" system allowing you to easily remove the power cord.

Comes with a stainless steel wall mount.
