This Double Induction Cooking Hob has a modern and elegant design with its base in stainless steel and its ceramic glass surface equipped with a touch screen. The touch screen allows you to adjust its temperature or power on 10 levels. Ideal for catering professionals and "Open Kitchens", it includes a built-in digital display.

Furthermore, this hob has a temperature range from 35°C to 240°C. Suitable for pots and pans with a bottom diameter ranging from 120 to 220 mm, it is equipped with a boost function. When activated, this function temporarily shifts some of the power from the right cooking zone to the left cooking zone. The power produced in these cases is 2000 W. Additionally, the left cooking zone can provide a power of 1800 W or 2000 W when the boost function is activated. The right zone, on the other hand, can provide a power of 1700 W or 1500 W.

Particularly efficient, this professional double hob has an adjustable timer function from 0 to 180 minutes. Moreover, it is equipped with electronic protection against overheating. Finally, the maximum load that the hob can support is 2 x 15 Kg.
