Hot Plate GN 1/1

Hot plates are designed to extend the warm holding time of your food. Simply immerse the plate in hot water for 35 minutes and place it in your GN 1/1 or 600 x 400 mm container. Heat loss of 1 to 2 °C in 3 to 4 hours.
