Positive Cabinet - 650L

Ideal for catering professionals, this Positive Cabinet with a capacity of 650 liters in stainless steel exterior has a length of 745mm, a depth of 835mm, and a height of 2010mm. The cabinet is equipped with an automatic closing door (from 90°) and a complete high-quality 70mm insulation, two elements that help reduce operating costs. For more energy savings, the cabinet also has a semi-automatic defrost function with a time interval to ensure easy maintenance and efficient operation. The forced air circulation ensures constant and optimal food storage temperatures, even at ambient temperatures of 43°C. The cabinet efficiently stores up to 358 liters of ingredients on the three adjustable anti-tilt shelves.

It can hold up to 10 GN 2/1 containers inside - approximately 290 liters of GN storage capacity only. Note that each GN container requires a rail kit. As standard, the cabinet comes with 3 shelves and the associated rails. It is easy to clean. The maximum defrost time is 20 minutes, and defrosting occurs 4 times a day. The reversible door installation allows you to adapt to your room and create more space. The usable net capacity is 358L, and the ambient temperature range is from 5°C to 43°C.
