Special Induction Aluminum Cast Iron Frying Pan - 29 cm

This Special Induction Aluminum Cast Iron Frying Pan is 29 cm in diameter. Made of aluminum cast iron, it is suitable for all types of heat sources and for use in the oven (up to 250°C). Dimensions: ø 290 x (h) 55 mm.

Aluminum cast iron is an excellent heat conductor, allowing the pan to be quickly used for cooking. With its 18/10 stainless steel handle that is guaranteed low temperature, its Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating is resistant to high temperatures (up to 250°C).

The adhesion of the non-stick coating has been improved by a titanium layer between the aluminum and the coating. This double layer process extends the lifespan of the pan and enhances resistance against scratches. Very easy to clean after use.
