Aluminum Cast Iron Induction Frying Pan - 32 cm

This Special Induction Aluminum Cast Iron Frying Pan has a diameter of 29 cm. Made of aluminum cast iron, it is suitable for all types of heat sources and for use in the oven (up to 250 °C). Dimensions: ø 320 x (h) 60 mm.

Aluminum cast iron is an excellent heat conductor, allowing the pan to be quickly used for cooking. With its 18/10 stainless steel handle that is guaranteed low temperature, its Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating is resistant to high temperatures (up to 250 °C).

The adhesion of the non-stick coating has been improved by a titanium layer between the aluminum and the coating. This double-layer process extends the lifespan of the pan and enhances resistance against scratches. Very easy to clean after use.
