Ribbed Cast Aluminum Grill Pan

This Ribbed Cast Aluminum Grill Pan features a stainless steel handle. Made of cast aluminum, it is suitable for all heat sources except induction and can be used in the oven (up to 250°C). Dimensions: 550 x 290 mm.

Cast aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, allowing for quick heating of the pan for cooking. In addition to its 18/10 stainless steel handle, which is low-temperature resistant, it is equipped with a Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating that is resistant to high temperatures (up to 250°C).

The adhesion of the non-stick coating has been improved by a titanium layer between the aluminum and the coating. This double-layer process extends the lifespan of the pan and enhances resistance against scratches. Very easy to clean after use.
