Oval Fish Pan in Cast Aluminum

This Oval Fish Pan in Cast Aluminum is equipped with a stainless steel handle. Made of cast aluminum, it is suitable for all heat sources except induction and can be used in the oven (up to 250°C). Dimensions: 400 x 275 mm.

Cast aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, allowing the pan to be quickly used for cooking. In addition to its 18/10 stainless steel handle, which is guaranteed for low temperature, it has a Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating that is resistant to high temperatures (up to 250°C).

The adhesion of the non-stick coating has been improved by a titanium layer between the aluminum and the coating. This double-layer process extends the life of the pan and enhances resistance to scratches. Very easy to clean after use.
