Thanks to the individual adjustment of the upper and lower temperature, the bottom remains light and crispy, and the topping fresh and juicy.

The oven is made of stainless steel with a resistant stone bottom adjustable up to 400°C and interior lighting. The bottom and dome heating elements are separate. The oven can hold one 35 cm diameter pizza at a time.
