Description

Profi Line Slicer - 220 mm Diameter

This Slicer is part of the PROFI LINE range from Hendi. Designed for professional use. Anodized aluminum construction, equipped with non-slip feet. The inclined blade with a diameter of 220 mm is made of stainless steel tempered steel. The motor is protected against overheating and is air-cooled.

The high-power motor can slice tough meat. The slicer is equipped with a blade guard. The sharpener is integrated into the slicer. The carriage is equipped with a safety cover, product holder, and vertical locking. The machine can be easily disassembled for cleaning. Its dimensions are 440 x 420 x (h) 350 mm.

The machine complies with the following safety regulations for commercial use:
- Setting the thickness to "0" keeps the blade behind the guard.
- Automatic protection to prevent the slicer from starting when the sharpener or blade protection plate are removed.
- The carriage can only be locked and removed if the blade has been set to thickness "0".

Not suitable for slicing cheese, this is only possible with blades with non-stick coating which are sold separately. Blade diameter: Ø 220 mm. Continuously adjustable slice thickness up to 15 mm. Maximum cutting diameter: 150 mm.
