The HNC sushi display case from Hoshizaki is designed with performance and aesthetics in mind. It can be easily placed on the counter thanks to its contemporary and modern shape. The sushi display case will highlight the quality of the sushi while keeping them cool at a precise temperature.

Thanks to its innovative technology, humidity and temperature are maintained at stable levels at all times, unlike forced air circulation methods that dry out the sushi and harm their presentation. As a result, the sushi will stay fresh longer.

Moreover, there is no condensation in the sushi display cases, so no water droplets on the products. The static evaporator has a large diameter.

The glass is curved at the front and sliding on the work side, the presentation support is in black PVC.

The motor is located on the left when facing the device.
