The HNC sushi showcase from Hoshizaki is designed with a focus on performance and aesthetics. It sits easily on the counter thanks to its contemporary and modern shape. The sushi showcase will highlight the quality of the sushi while keeping them fresh at a precise temperature.

Thanks to its innovative technology, humidity and temperature are constantly maintained at stable levels, unlike forced air circulation methods that dry out the sushi and harm their presentation. As a result, the sushi will stay fresh longer.

Furthermore, there is no condensation in the sushi showcases, so no water drops on the products. The static evaporator has a large diameter.

The front glass is curved and the work side is sliding, the presentation support is in black PVC.
