Ideal for catering and snacking professionals, this Contact Grill "Panini" with Grooved/Smooth Plates is made of stainless steel. Robust and reliable, it is equipped with plates made of enameled cast iron ensuring proper cooking of your food without altering their taste. This device has a grill surface of 340 x 320 mm.

It is equipped with a grease collection tray and splash-proof edges for easy maintenance and cleaning. Its thermostat is continuously adjustable to a temperature between 0 °C and 300 °C. For optimal safety, it is equipped with indicator lights.

Sold with a metal brush.
