This Positive Stainless Steel Refrigerated Cabinet is ideal for catering professionals. It offers a large capacity of 650 L. With dimensions of L 740 x D 830 x H 2010 mm, it can hold up to 22 levels maximum with a 40 mm pitch. Made of stainless steel, it is particularly robust and reliable. Its interior is silicone-treated to facilitate cleaning. Furthermore, its tank measures L 620 x D 680 x H 1410 mm.

Of the ventilated cooling type, it has a temperature range oscillating between - 2 °C and + 8 °C. This is adjustable using an electronic DIXELL thermostat. Its maximum operating environment is 40 °C (built-in unit). For optimal use, this professional refrigerated cabinet is equipped with an automatic defrost function as well as LED interior lighting. Additionally, it includes an anti-corrosion treated evaporator and a radiated tank bottom.

To facilitate its movement, this positive refrigerated cabinet is equipped with 4 castors, 2 of which have brakes, with a diameter of 100 mm. Its door with automatic closure and magnetic seal is reversible and locks with a key. Finally, its 60 mm polyurethane foam insulation ensures the proper preservation of temperatures inside the enclosure.

Delivered with 3 plasticized GN 2/1 grids and 3 pairs of slides per door.
