Compact Saladette - 2 Doors with Opening Top


This Compact Refrigerated Saladette in stainless steel features 2 doors and an opening top.

Designed for 5 GN 1/6 containers, it will allow you to prepare your salads and other dishes. Equipped with a digital thermostat, you can easily set the temperature between 0°C and +10°C.

Compact and efficient, it offers a volume of 240 liters for a power of 235 W.

The depth of the worktop is 700 mm, ensuring a dedicated space for all your culinary preparations.

It is suitable for hot environments with an ambient temperature of 32°C. Thanks to its R600a refrigerant gas, save money!

Easy to maintain with its stainless steel structure, it is perfect for professional use daily in restaurants, snacks, bars...
