Saladette 3 doors with ventilated cooling system for better food preservation. Ideal for preparing salads, sandwiches, and dishes, this professional saladette allows you to place 4 gastronorm containers GN 1/1 of 150 mm depth.

The saladette is made of stainless steel, the worktop is made of polyethylene and it can store up to 390 liters.

With evaporator cast in foam, defrost water evaporator, and electronic controls.
