Ideal for catering professionals, this Black Oval Dutch Oven with a capacity of 5L is made of high-quality cast iron for even heat conduction and retention. The integrated handles provide superior durability and the lid knob is made of stainless steel. Suitable for all burners and has dimensions of H 110 x W 243 x D 295mm. The lid features raised inner circles for continuous basting during cooking. Not dishwasher safe.

Attention: To prevent your product from rusting, seasoning is essential (fully oil the product with a brush and bake it in the oven for 1 hour at 200°C).
