Maintaining your percolator:

To be able to use your professional coffee percolator for a long time, simply follow a few very simple rules:
Do not let it heat up dry to avoid damaging the heating element
This device has an anti-heating protection system: if it activates, simply press the RESET button located under the device to restart the percolator.
Clean your percolator after each use to remove any dried coffee residue
Use a suitable descaler regularly to prevent any limescale buildup.
