Convection Oven AT120 - Grill & Steam

The forced convection oven is a space-saving oven that allows you to cook everything with its convection cooking and steam cooking.

This convection oven has two very useful modes: grill and steam. It can hold up to 4 trays.

Its forced air allows you to cook different foods (savoury and sweet) without mixing flavors. With this professional convection oven, steam cooking will provide optimal cooking for your fish and vegetables.

Very compact and easy to use, this oven will adapt perfectly to your kitchen. Entirely made of stainless steel and the doors have double glazing, furthermore, the oven is equipped with two motors. The oven has a 3/4" water connection.

The thermostat is adjustable from 0 to 300 °C and the timer is adjustable from 0 to 120 minutes.
