This Professional Induction Hob IKF 72-2Z is ideal for catering professionals. It consists of 4 separate cooking zones, but it is also possible to use the two large induction zones with pots or pans of different shapes and sizes. Furthermore, it is equipped with 9 power levels and 9 temperature levels.

It also features a programmable timer from 0 to 99 minutes. Additionally, it has various options such as pan recognition, pause function, protection against overheating, and automatic shutdown. For optimal safety, it is equipped with a lock button and a light indicator for power, temperature, and duration functions.

Designed in aluminum and plastic, it has a cooking surface in SCHOTT CERAN®. Ready to be installed, it has a digital display and touch electronic control.

This built-in cooking hob for 400 V power supply is switchable. It has a total of 7200 W distributed over 4 zones. Each burner can be switched by 2 on a large surface. One then has a power of 4000 W and the other of 3000 W.
