Ideal for catering professionals, this Gas Fryer is made of stainless steel and comes with 2 baskets, each capable of holding 2 kg of frozen fries. It has a length of 800mm, a depth of 700mm, and a height of 850mm. It is equipped with a built-in drain tap, thermal circuit breakers, and a piezoelectric ignition. It has a capacity of 2 x 13L and each basket can cook up to 24 kg of fries per hour.
