Pizza Compact Oven - 1 Chamber

This Compact Pizza Oven with 1 Cooking Chamber is ideal for catering professionals. It allows you to cook pizzas with a maximum diameter of 39 cm. It is equipped with a refractory stone base ensuring optimal cooking and crispy pizzas. This appliance can operate in continuous mode or with an adjustable timer up to 120 minutes. Thus, when the time is up, the oven will stop heating.

Designed in AISI 430 stainless steel, it is both sturdy and durable. It includes a door with a glass window that can be opened without stopping the cooking process. Compact, this oven is perfect for small kitchens or food trucks. It can be used for baking pizzas, bread, lasagnas, and other types of dishes.

Furthermore, its chamber is heated by two efficient heating elements: one at the top and the other at the bottom of the chamber. They can be independently adjusted from 50°C to 350°C.
