The CL 50 Gourmet Vegetable Cutter by Robot Coupe is a valuable ally for catering professionals (delicatessens, caterers, communities, restaurants), ideal for 20 to 300 covers.

It features a removable lid with two chutes: a large one for bulky vegetables and a cylindrical one (Ø 6.9 cm) with a holding insert for uniform cutting of long or fragile vegetables. Compatible with 53 discs, it allows for easy variation of preparations (macedoines, fries, brunoises, waffles…).

With a speed of 375 rpm, it ensures precise and consistent cutting. It is equipped with a removable tray for small quantities of brunoise, a stainless steel motor block, a robust asynchronous motor, as well as safety systems (motor brake and magnetic safety).

Easy to clean thanks to its removable elements, this model is delivered without a disc. Additional accessories such as Taboulé kits, Flat Parsley, or a wall-mounted disc holder are available for even more convenience.
